Seeking self-motivated individual for estimating position.  Job description includes but is not limited to the following:   Job Responsibilities – Prepares material proposals, blueprints, specification documents for estimating – Complete comprehensive take-offs for all related scopes – Travel to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor required and other factors – Use sophisticated computer software to calculate estimates (Training included from employer) – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Etc.) preferred – Thorough detailed log of estimates and follow-up – (Determine if estimate is accepted, rejected, why?)   Please send resume and references to carlos@stoneconcepts.org and mike@stoneconcepts.org
